I picked up the GSkill 9600 pi's because I couldnt get the OCZ LV Platinum 1150's to boot at 1200mhz using 240b 5:6 divider. Turns out it was the rev1.1 board that was causing the issue, which I kinda figured after finding the pi's wouldn't boot using 240b either. Out of curiosity I stuck the Plats in the rev1.0 board today and they booted right up at 1200mhz 240b pl8 turbo. Have not tested using Prime Blend but just ran a 32m PI, will test more tonight. In Everest bench they score pretty close to the pi's using higher trfc~54 vs 50 pi's and using 5 5 5 18 timings vs 5 5 5 15 pi's. I am sure the GSkill pi's will clock higher but this was all I wanted. $149.99 down the drain lol.
