Take no notice of VID, seriously - the best Q9550 I've seen on the forum has exactly the same VID as mine (1.25) and it can do 4GHz on 1.21v, and 4.25GHz on 1.31v. Clearly the VID value isin many cases since these CPUs can run stock probably at or below 1v.
