Your basing VID is meaningless off 2 chips? Look at what the average high vid chip takes to run at said frequency and look at what the low vid chip takes. Sure occasionally youll get a higher vid chip that doesnt need alot of voltage but how often if ever do you see a low vid chip that needs excessive voltage, more then your average vid chip, to run said frequency.
