doesn't the aquamark generate a html file which would tell the real FPS? did he provide that to the hwbot crew? this would rule out the photoshop in case the html file says it was indeed 397k, or it'd finally confirm the image was edited if shows the 392k one

anyway either one or another leads me to think it could've been a bug cause it doesn't make any sense for me otherwise
If it was a bug we'd hear of "bugged" AM3 runs more than once in a decade.
