Probably not faulty RAM but I have noticed with mine that if I push my RAM to hard it can be stable one run then unstable the next after restarting then re-running the stability program.

I fiddled with my Channel A clock and command skews and adjusted PL and all good. Must admit it is a pain

and what does the "S" and "D" mean in 2nd info?
