I would def rec the white slots first. BTW, The guys I used to talk about, because they used a credit card or something to disperse the TIM instead of a blob in the middle, I owe them an apology. I like using the same razor blade I use to see if any light escapes through the irregularities on the IHS, to spread the TIM as even as I can get it. Lapping my G6600 and rotating the GTX did nothing here except lower core temps 4*C. Core 1&2 still up to 10*C higher than core 33&4 on idle...
