    My 1st 100% Overclock! and a 1M run

Back in my country for xmas, bought my first phase chage system

Here is what it can squeeze out of an athlonXP 1800+

    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=58009

I guess some tweaks would alow higher overclock but still far away from WR; 3201MHz on a two stage cooling

I'm waiting for athlon64 stuff to try this out on winie, venice an my new opteron

    stepping: 1800+ Dlt3c Jiuhb 0309 TPMW
    VCore: 2.13v

I got an AN7 to play with this 1800+ since my NF7 is used elesewhere. It's amazing I could run 1M @245MHz 2-2-2-5 right out of the box. I didn't went threw the trouble to mod it and to optimise for a 1M run, but I'd like to do it one day.

Here is something done really quickly:

Quite sick, I'd like to see the cooling solution
In short, both AMD and NVIDIA discovered that their next-generation graphics cards are superior to each others' last-generation graphics cards.

Nice work mate! That's a stellar OC on an AMD chip, gratz!

Wonder how many people have been able to achieve a 100% OC on A64's... I imagine someone's probably taken a 3000+ past 3.6ghz. It'd be fun to join that group

Nice overclock....I still think it's absolutely amazing how the TB's and Bartons clocked...especially the XP-M......and the beating they can take....nuts...on another forum a guy has been running his TB-B for a year on 2.2v...aircooling...still lives...I mean, that is just insane..

My XP-M did 2.83Ghz on water but kinda killed it with 2.2v

    2.73Ghz on 2v though for 10hours Prime95 stable...dang...those were the days

    nice overclock

Tim, I had the worst luck. I had a XP_M that did 2.85ghz on 2.95volts.. Did this for a while.. Reseated the waterblock one day, turned on the machine and BAM! .... the core literally blew up.. there were burn marks on the TDX from when it blew up.. pretty scarry stuff. I had to lap the TDX to get its origional finish back..

hey nice to see some older XP's still clocking high.
whenever you do a 100% oc you know you've done well.
but I think it was easier to get a 100% on a Socket A than Socket939.
few 3000+ saw 3600MHZ and more, but JIHUB and a phase change always had a real chance.
    well done -

2.95V? You mean 1.95V right?? Was the WB not seated correctly or wasn't making good contact? Wonder why it blew all of a sudden..

That guy has a total of 2 posts, and I've never heard of him.

Uhm... he's lying if you ask me. I just took a look at that thread, and I'm guessing you posted this as a joke?
