    Overklokk GPU cascade

    Hello

I am building a GPU cascade for Stoolman and look at this setup

The compressor on stage 1 is a Danfoss FR11 and on stage 2 is Danfoss NL11F. The HX is 15ft 3/8" with 3/16 inside.

On stage 2 i made a suction line HX that is cooling the R1150 down before it goes too the HX.

My temp meter on HX inn and HX Out only can read down too -50c. After that it crap out and show only L. So i guess that HX temp is about -50c ......

Look at this picture.... nice temp?

I wil load test it later today on a FX55

Impressed by your HX temp. What gas do you use on 1st stage?

Just notice the 2nd stage suction line HE, it certainly helps to get lower HE temps but I wonder if it hurts the 2nd compressor due to higher suction temps (too much 2nd stage gas superheat) - furthermore you haven't put a load tester on evap so the high superheat effect haven't appear yet.

    Hawe tested it on a FX55 Claw now @ 3200Mhz 1,7volt.

    This is idle in windows

This is load when i run SuperPi 8M

My HX temp load was -48c inn and -46c out. I run stage1 on a mix of r507 and r290.

I realy think that this baby wil hold good temp on my friends Stoolman's X850 XT-PE

    Excellent temps! I love it!
Your on load test prove the suction HE is a good idea (not hurting the compressor)
I think I should steal the suction HE idea to get better condensing temp on 2nd stage gas, but I'll place it after the main HE instead.

DT200 supports 2 temps... where did another probe go? :P Considering sweet temp of 2nd stage, I would love to see temp of first stage.

Have you gargle that FR11 twice with new POE, or just you had poured out oil mineral and put the same volume of fresh POE oil ?

Awesome temps ..specially that -46*C on loaded HX is just mad with that rather "weak" comp .. ...

Do you sure to you probe accuracy (specially that white thermo ) ?

    Regards

I take out all the mineral and filed it with POE. Then i let ir run for 2 minits and change oil again

The white thermo is not the best but its realy good down too about -45c.... The DT200 is good. I testet with another one too se if it read the same temp and it did Tomorrow i wil troe a Tupe K probe on the HX too se the real temp

This is inn and out of the HX with only stage 1 running

This is when stage 2 is pulling down the evap temp
