not stable to 600mhz and 640mhz max screen.

This cpu is very hot on air ... like +80° dunring prime to 4.6ghz 1.26v , and i think temperature isnt good for high fsb.

this E8500 does 666 on air , but not more under cold : http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=413883

Where did your board come from?

Did you buy this or was it supplied to you?

Thomas has a great ability to tweak FSB
have a look at many of his previous threads..

i was sitting next to him in Taiwan during Gigabyte spring break with a quad core in his machine hitting some ridiculous 530 or 540MHz FSB on a board that was put together by engineers a week and a half before we arrived as the chipsets only landed 10-15 days before we showed up

    crazy good tweaker he is

so a marketing sample from Taiwan that was forwarded to you via the guys in Holland.

I asked this as when customers come to me saying they want to run 600fsb 1:1 with pc9600 i can tell them you tested a cherry...LOL

Goto love these FSB wars the board manufacturers are playing, as if it really matters with X58 just weeks away.
