My DFI has flatlined my redline....

I rma'd my redline 4000 because it had 1 error on test #7 at stock speeds but it ran fine, but an error is an error so I rma'd it and now the new rma modules sent dont even boot up. They are dead The computer just beep beep beep beeps and I tried it in my MSI mobo and all it does is beep beep beep beep beeps... All my other ram runs fine. I cant understand why or how this ram got sent to me dead as a doornail! The computer wont post at all with it in any slot any bios nothing. I cant believe this.
