Swapping a CPU while having the exact same MB and RAM with diff results kind of tells me either the BIOS is messed up or something else we dont know. Its beyond logical at this point. But with BIOSes making a day and night diff from one day to the other, what can you do.

btw I cannot find Trident Z DDR4-3400 CL16 where I live, so not an option for me right now, unless I get it shipped directly from the US
