    And don't know How Silicon Lottery test them
    Your Chip is preselected from AMD and the Chip's from Silicon Lottery are normal one
    I think your can not compare with normal one

    Long Time ago i bought 5 used Brisbane
    Don't know before that they were Review samples
    All of them scales better on v-Core than other Brisbane on hwbot
