***ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Owners Thread***

What BIOS is currently working the best for everyone on the RIVE with Ivy-E's? I know quite a few have been hitting a 4.5Ghz wall on air/water but supposedly EVGA and MSI have new beta BIOS's that will noticeably improve Ivy-E overclocking on their boards.

EGA_JacobF says beta BIOS version 2.03 for the x79 Dark which was due out today will DRAMATICALLY improve overclocking and voltage usage on Ivy-E processors. +100-300MHz in some cases. Supposedly they took some time to make sure the PLL Override function was working perfectly, and now that it is the results are big.

Hopefully ASUS is working on something similar and doesn't hold back on the current RIVE due to the "Ivy Bridge-E optimized" Black Edition coming out next month.
