as long as you have proper cooling to dissipate that additional heat you should be fine. and the numbers are relative, right? so if I need to raise the voltage to gain stability and/or reach higher clocks anyway, then it really doesn't matter if it's 1.17 or 1.19 - it's just simply the next available step on the voltage adjustment scale in software. of course, it is a different story if you want to hard mod the Vcore.
