Nice accomplishment SAM! Especially with all those teams hiding as users.

55 days to overtake burnhard!
Congrats for getting your join date spot Sam... Must have been quite the cruncher to fend you off like that.
Oooook. Sam. Your wcg computeing is only .5% of your total boinc output. What the hell do you all have going over there?

For some reason I haven't seen my name on the list in the past few days. I've been averaging around 100K BOINC PPD over the past week so I'm wondering what's up with FreeDC stats. I'm 10K points from 2.4M WCG BOINC points.
I also just got 1 year for HCC and my second Emerald badge.

Crunch with us, the XS WCG team
The XS WCG team needs your support.
A good project with good goals.
Come join us,get that warm fuzzy feeling that you've done something good for mankind.
One.Shot,
Can you please post the following info for my edification:
1- The details of the rigs you are running your 7950 on... (OS, components, overclocks and voltages for CPU and 7950....)
2- Version of BOINC manager you are using & any preferred special settings if any
3- Your app_info settings for counts and nCPU
4- Your average PPDs for BOINC & WCG
5- CPU, Video card and overall system wattages if know...
Thanks,
Jean-Guy![]()
...and while you are doing that would you be kind enough to go to My Grid>My profile>bottom of page tick the Show Hosts box

I'm constantly changing my Average nCPUs and GPU count. Today I have it set to .5 nCPUs and .0625 GPUs.
My UPS says this PC is consuming between 315-345 watts and spends most of the time at 327W.
My energy cost is just below 10 cents/kWh so it's costing about 80 cents a day.
@ OldChap. I checked that box for you. I'm running two systems. The other system is an A6 3650 with a 6530D as the GPU. It does 1 WU in about 15 minutes. I think it's consuming about 80W total.
Thank you for the above information one.shot....!
Can I please also have these details:
1- The MB used and its BIOS version
2- The cooler use for your CPU
3- The PSU used on that rig
4- your average number of results submitted per day for that rig.
You are now running 12 CPU threads and 16 GPU threads. Is that right?
I also like your efficient power consumption... Well done...!
Thanks again,
Thanks one.shot above extra info greatly appreciated.
Your built looks sharp and very well managed. I see that you had a eVGA GTX 570 in it before switching to the 7950.
You seem to have reversed the flow of air for your H80 from the recommended OEM flow pattern of bring in cold air from outside of the case to pulling air from the inside of the case to the outside. Is that a fact? Do you operate your this rig with a close or open side access panel?
