the only way to archive cl7 is more cold.for me below -100C.
Vdimm is slightly over 2V .

Thanks andressergio but for the moment i can't use cl7 due to lower copy rate comparing cl8.
i think imc cant handle. i have to freeze them once more in order to retest.
