Flaw!!!! its bloody fantastic mate gone are the days of corrupting BIOS's & having to swap the chip out, use a bios saver, hot flash between boards etc etc or even worse send your board back to have the soldered on chip re flashed/replaced because you borked it. I know you say you have a problem & fair enough this is what you feel may be contributing to it but come on how can you call it a flaw?

It’s fair to say these things are always being developed & improved & the addition of the switch as far as I am aware is not to overcome an issue its a further enhancement/option....

I have against advice always had different bios's on different chips over many many dual BIOS GB boards & never come across an issue. I think Dino or Sin also mentioned somewhere that matching main & backup were no longer required with z77.
