Can anybody show what performance gain you get by overclocking the memory?

Intel specs show Ivy Bridge CPUs are only good to max DDR3-1600. Samsung M379B5273DH0-YK0 shows sweet spot on my UD5H is 8-8-8-22 /1600 with trivial perofrmance gains above 1600.
