It's not wrong, the ratio really is 1:8, CPU-Z just doesn't show the 1.33 multi that's taking effect, so in reality it should be 1:8*1.33.

...where do you get these informations? Is this 1.33 multi is permanent?
I did not find anything in the intel datasheet.
