Thanks to Martin my SATA breakout cable is sleeved, along with a few others, thanks Martin!

I know how to sleeve and I have done it, but Martin (psychoSleeve) is an artist! Martin can sleeve ten cables before I can pour a drink! 99% of what you see is Martin's sleeving. I am sleeving the easy stuff, flow sensors, fans, temp sensors, pumps, A5's and the regular SATA cables.

    Here is a list of the cables to date;

    MB: 24 Pin, 2 x 8pins and 2 x 4 Pins = 48 wires
    VC: 3 x 8 Pin, 3 x 6 Pins = 42 wires
    SSD: 6 SATA, 6 x4 Pins power = 30 wires
    HDD: 3 SATA, 3 x 4 Pins power = 15 wires
    Flow: 3 = 3 wires
    Temp: 6 = 6 wires
    Pumps: 4 x 2 & 1 x 1 = 9 wires
    Fans: 12 + 6 extensions = 18 wires
    A5 & PA2's: 6 x 4 Pins, 3 Aquabus & 3 USB's = 30 wires

That is a total of 201 wires! I still have the power, reset switches and lighting to do, and I have no idea what I will do for the lighting.

The plan for tomorrow is to finish all the connections to the A5's, PA2's, tubing to the filters and fill one loop and leak test. Nothing like blind ambition...

Just checking up on your progress - glad to see everything is coming along. Don't you just love complicated builds? Can't wait to see the finished product.

Sharon, Never again, this is much too complicated....I am an old dog and this is a new trick!

I slapped in the A5's and the PA2's along with a bunch of cables....

    Nice mess!

Then I did a little plumbing and cable pulling....

Every time I think I am getting close, I realize that I have a long way to go!
There is much cable management to do...

    Cheers

Did you buy those cables pre-sleeved or something? They have kinks in them!

I think you've gotta take this in steps.
Make sure the cables are straightened, no kinks.
Manage each cable separately... those cables that are draped over the mobo could potentially go under the board.
Figure out which tube-routing is unnecessary.
Keep tube routing vertical and horizontal... that seems to be the best-looking.

WOW I thought my rig looked crowded! Tough job there making that look tidy! Good luck mate!!!!
You might need to re-think your cable and tube routing, Im just not sure how you can make it look much tidier with so much going on in there.
Im glad I went with single colour sleeving. I think you may have a challenge making it look clean unless you shorten some of the visible cable runs somehow.
Impressive to get so much go'n on in there an to not go cross eyed!

A small update today; all but six cables are in the box. I did a few zip ties to get an idea of where I need to go, and I added the tubing from the filters.

    Yep, still too messy...

However, most of the front is hidden, especially after I put the barn door on...

I was starting to feel good and stretching the tubing on the backside when I heard, snap, crackle, pop and it wasn't my cereal or an ice cube!

My acrylic filter plate broke! This was pilot error on my part. I cut my templates from 1/4" and use 3/8" for the final mount. I used 1/4" so I have to cut another one, no fun! I may use black acrylic this time...........

    Cheers

Damn that sucks. I think the black will look better and add some contrast to the white case. Anyway, damn you have a lot of tubing, but that goes with the territory when doing three loops. Now put the drink down and get back to work or learn to multi-task better.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, I guess there's not much that can be done with the tubing when you're running 3 loops, but I was hoping he finds a way to make the cabling look a bit tighter and cleaner. Its a great build with awesome components, in an amazing case, its just a pity it looks a bit messy IMHO. I know how hard it is though, I have a MM extended ascension that im just doing sleeving for now with 2 PSU's, 27 fans, 4 GPUs and 4 rads on 2 loops and I know how hard it is.... and I dont even have the benefit of the built-in cable management of his awesome case..

Lets hope he finds a way to tame all that gear in there! Would love to see this finished with a cleaner look, though that looks to be difficult with the layout he's got to work with.
As I've said before, if he can shorten some of the cable runs to the tray cut-outs somehow and run more behind the tray out of view I think it will look a lot better even if he cant do much with the tubing.

Thanks guys and I am trying to sort it all out. It may take a while!

OK, so I cut another piece of acrylic and remounted the filters. I should have worn a mask....sneeze

I added the lights and of course one burned out...........

    Mood shot....

The SS filters are very fine as you can see, and if I have any bad guys in the loop...goodbye!

Those drive bays look like they seriously need to be reinforced.
Not like your are going off road with that case, but it would look more serious.

    Just my 2 cents.

Everything is finally plumbed, and it has taken a lot of time and a lot of tubing. I made a few changes regarding the tube routing. I doubt that I will ever do three loops again. I spent the last few days trying to figure out what I started last year.

In any event, the liquids go in tomorrow.
