Ok I understand, this is what I thought (but I misspoke, I'm not good in English ^^)

At 180% (for example) the VRMs "throttling or shutting down (due to power draw) at the cost of temperature" later if it is 140%, at 180% VRMs let pass more current (180%, the amount is less restricted than 120, 130, etc...)

If it is stable with 120 or 140%, no need to set more?
