    Power off.
    Disconnect power chord.
    Move jumper to clear position (or press CMOS clear button on back of PC).
    Move jumper back to original position.
    Plug in power.
    Power on and enter UEFI. Load Optimized defaults. Reboot
    Enter UEFI again and see if you can increase multiplier.

    I would not advise flashing a beta bios in the future especially if it is a feature that does not apply to you (adding IVY support).

    edit: I should read better. You already tried the button so ignore that and use the jumper. You can also pull the CMOS battery for good measure. Wait 5 minutes... put everything back in and fire it up. You might also try to re-flash 2.00 or 2.10 again if that doesn't work.
