You should not really need to measure it, 50% will track VDD as the voltage is derived via a resistor divider network. When maxing out clocks for 32M you seldom need to move more than one to two steps up or down from the midpoint. If you really wanted to measure it, you could do so by searching out a DDR3 socket diagram - no real point though to be honest.Originally Posted by donmarkoni
