The cherry picking comment was related to running it with MSAAx8 which is notorious for running poorly on AMD GPUs.
Since when? If anything, 8xMSAA was used for showing a superior performance from AMD.

Turn off the Adaptive V-Sync? Simple.
Although the extra option will give NVIDIA the edge in the real world usage.
