we know now that with proper hard mods we can take the 7970 to up to 1500 MHz core, which means that other board partners will be able to do do the same. With that in mind we need to know what will the OC headroom of the 680 be like.

Where are such mods, I have to call bull. Especially if this is on normal, practical air. H20 haven't been clocking this well really on hwbot.

If such mods exist I doubt they are commercially feasible and can run on normal air.
