    Update:

    Vertex Turbo DEAD, pending destructive flash
    Samsung 830 Still works

    The 830 is still working for the time being, but I'm suspending testing of it.

    EDIT
    I just started looking at the Turbo's SMART data, and it's a sight to behold. I'll post some info graphics or something at a later time.

    I'm attempting to destructive flash it now.

    With under 100TiB on the chart? That's terrible but good enough for me because I have written about 2TiB in ~1.5 years on my Vertex1 128.

    Read errors went through the roof. I can probably save it with a dflash, the drive is fine otherwise. Indilinx drives just up and die for no good reason sometimes, which is why having the option to dflash is so excellent.

    Yes, but it took the M225 to mega TB to get to that point.
