Hi SoMBrA! Sorry for being slow, but family life and studies has really caught up with me

However, I like the two following sleeve jobs the best;


This may create good contrast if you are aiming for symmetrical shapes (Such as the DIMM-slots on the X79, and inlet/outlet on the Swiffy 24K Gold), but might cause some issues reagarding the major layout.

If you are doing thins more asymmetric, I would go for this;


A suggestion form me, try to drop the heatshrink! Fasten the sleeving in the ribbon/metal clamp inside the 24 pin, for example. It would look much cleaner! I have seen it over at Malik's thread here in the forum, but there is like 70 pages, so I couldn't bother search for it.
