^^Ao1, could you eliminate any possibilities of BSOD by disabling auto-reboot upon BSOD? It could be found in System -> Advanced system settings -> Startup and recovery settings -> System failure automatically restart

I suspect that the disk went offline with some 0xF4 BSOD?
