Try lowering memory speed to 1866 just to see if it gets you to windows at 5ghz. You should NOT need to raise ALL voltages to hit 5ghz. Also take screen shots (using f12 in bios) of your bios settings and post them here, will be easier for people to help if they see your bios settings.

You shouldnt need 1.25vccsa for 8gb at 2133, try lowering it to 1.050v, also try lowering vtt, both chips I have tried run 5ghz+ with 1.2vtt tops.

This is my 24\7 setting for 4900GHZ...For 5000GHZ any setting any voltage does not work.
