Hmm the 990FXA UD5 .. I think i just found my problem....
RAM TIming in Bios was the blame

Bios was in Auto and timin was not correct for my ram.

The chip is now running where its suppose to be for 5000mhz. Did some test and it came down to ram timing.. This Mobo/CPU will not go over 2700mhz/NB/HT no matter if its stock or clocked. Even using Stock volts it has always never gone above 2700NB stable.

can you run that with normal Nb speed too?
I want to see the difference the Nb speed makes.
