Is anyone else as suprised as me that gOtVoltage's FX-6100 is still alive? Anyone?
1.7v in Cinebench on air...

Also, gotvoltage, your scores seem extremely low...

The chip will join the "air force" pretty quickly with such voltage.
It probably won´t throw the spoon instantly but the degradation should be quite instant.
Even at temperatures below -160c the chips are getting damaged with 1.9V+.

That is exactly what I figured.
AMD's 32nm chips obviously can not take voltages that were "pushing thresholds" on 90nm. I was doing validations on my Windsor chip just over 1.7v...
El Gappo hinted that he wouldn't pass 1.5v on air anymore, and it seems really dangerous to push past 1.9-1.95v on LN2 (2.05v CPU-Z scares me a bit, I don't have the money to just buy extra chips)

I would be more careful than a lot of us are being right now.

Seems to be My Bios Holding things back . The temps are fine and this Mobo/Chip combo needs the volts to keep the Vdip down. Anyway im living up to my name and some one needs to see what these things can take...

Ram is very tricky on this mobo .HIGh HTT and or stock htt dosnt seem to make a differance on my Cinebench besideds HigherClock speed and Ram speed
