Try to find good clocking 2600K already time consuming, binning ram is the least of priority
Good ram should do at least 32M or 3d stable wprime isn't even as good a test for bench mems as 1M - and btw, ram doesn't influence wprime score at all, 1333 and 2133 are all the same results ^^. I didn't ask for prime but was only interested if these are able to do benches that at least get some load on the mems, wprime is like screen stable
