no need to do that... there are 2 possible issues with your inability to install drivers, OS is totally screwed up or graphic card is (doesnt matter if its new) also you might try other pcie slot...

OS is old and messy, so I'm reinstalling today. If the card is broken (i really hope not), I have to return or rma it, a replacement should be in order, first 30 days from purchase we have complete warranty from seller, and it was a reputable shop.
Anyway if it's the card, Zotac lost a customer forever. I did plug it to the new PC to check if it wasnt DOA, and I get double trouble instead?

Other pci-e slot, why? There was the 570 in the same slot, do u think I could have ruined it when mounting the new card (it would be the first time ever to damage a pci/pci-x/pci-e slot)?
Edit: I'm not moving the raid controller from the second pci-e slot sry.
