Hello everyone i'm currently trying to get my E7400 core 2 duo stable at 3,6ghz any suggestions for settings in bios?

    Memory: Ocz blade series ddr2 8500 2x2 GB : OCZ2B10662G
    Cpu cooler: Zalman CNPS-9900 MAX
    Chassi Full tower 3 120mm - 2 on sides and 1 back, 1 200mm top

Following volts in picture is what i use and settings rest that you need info on is under picture.

    FSB Frequency [400MHz]
FSB Strap to North Bridge [400]
    CPU Ratio Setting [9.0]
    DRAM Frequency [1066MHz]
    DRAM Command Rate [2N]
    DRAM Static Read Control [Enabled]
    Ai Clock Twister [Light]
    CPU Spread Spectrum [Disabled]
    PCIE Spread Spectrum [Disabled]
    CPU Clock Skew [Auto]
    NB Clock Skew [Auto]

    C1E Support [Disabled]
    CPU TM Function [Auto]
    Execute Disable Bit [Disabled]
    Max CPUID Value Limit [Disabled]
Intel(R) SpeedStep (TM) Tech. [Disabled]-> Not available anymore when CPU Ratio Setting is locked.

Managed to pass memtest 84+ without any problems with thoese settings but now i dont manage to come in windows it just reboots right when loading windows screen.

Without cpu gtl volt and nb gtl volt it wouldnt let me pass memtest84+ always rebooted around 21-22% now questions is are thoese cpu gtl,nb gtl volt most optimal in picture or should i change it to different values if yes then wich.

would be glad if anyone had similar setup or know wich settings i should go with and work from there lowering volt etc. And wich ones i should be focusing on.

also the new bios that you guys managed to do if it is a big improvement for me i would be glad if you could upload it ofc if its stable and safe with improvements on it.

This should be use for a 24/7 gaming setup that's why i'm gonna push it to 3,6ghz maybe 3,8 after i achieved 3,6

Alien Grey we talked in asus forums really thankfull for the help you gave me there and now i am back and i'm ready to overclock, why i'm here asking for help it doesnt seem to work out to well.
