Thank you Alien Grey, I found the Overclocking Profiles in the thread and started ocking from that settings (yours last with 450x9).
Let me introduce the initial situation of my config. The last few years it was with 3,64ghz (403*9) and ram at 968 mhz with FSB Strap 333mhz (ratio 6:5). My bios voltages settings were: Cpu 1,23125, CpuPLL 1,5, FsbVTT 1,34, Ram 1,94, NB 1,31, SB 1,05 and 1,5.
Now I'd like to squeeze some more from the E8400 and Ram too. Actually I'm quite stable (still testing) with this settings: 444*9=3995MHz with fsb strap to 333 and ram to 1066mhz.

I'd like to know if 3,6 to 4ghz worth the consistent increase in the cpu voltage and if 333mhz strap is a good choice or if is better a 400mhz like I've seen in most of your overclocking profiles.
