Based on the "leaked" prices, i am dissapointed. I was expecting the highest performing FX part to be in the range of $1000. Clearly, AMD is not there yet and cannot produce a part in this high end ehtusiast segment. Thats why we have parts in $300 range - value market. YEs, AMD will make more money in "value" segment, but the image of the company in the CPU industry is going to remain in the value segment without a flag ship part that competes in the enthusiast level. This also gives us hints about the architechture of the Bulldozer, when a flag ship part cannot produce magnificent numbers(in our case i should say when a flag ship part is priced in the $300 range, because we have no numbers yet), this mean everything based on this architecture is going to be mediocre or "VALUE" segmented. Thats my 2 cents.
