Do you really think a company would fire their CEO just because their least relevent market SKU (enthusiast desktop) was going to be inferior to their competition? Far more financially relevent parts like Bobcat and Llano are wiping the floor with their counterparts and selling out before they leave the fabs.
You forget that exactly the same chip goes into servers.And BD covers a lot of ground, not only extreme enthusiasts.Thats a big part of the pie 4-16 cores.
