7. Problems have only been identified in products used in US and Australia
8. This issue is perplexing to them that it has only effected US & AU customers and the same products are shipped everywhere from the same manufacturing plant

I will not argue on your other arguable comments, but on this one you are WRONG, We have problem here in Canada too, Lowfat a well know member here even post of a pic of is 1 month old block with nickel plating issue.
