If anyone was curious about what does Low MMIO Align option really do:
I have tested and it really boost performance especially in file compressing/decompressing programs like 7zip or WinRAR.Dear Customer,
By default memory addressing is optimized for 64 Bit operating systems, resulting in less available memory for a 32 Bit operating system, with Low MMIO Align you can set it for optimized settings for a 32 Bit operating system.
For a 64 bit operating it should be set to 1024
