I may have titled the thread incorrectly but feel free to post if you dont have degradation yet, this will serve like an online record.
Falkentyne has degraded his chip even at 1.260 as he says.

You may want to retest your lower overclocks to see if the minimum vcore has risen on any. I'm busy beating the living hell out of my first 2600k by running it at 5 ghz 1.51v load HT on (I was at 5.3 ghz HT off 1.59v for a few days till eventually Black Ops would BSOD before being able to load a map); trying to see just how much abuse and torture the chip will take, and how much it will degrade completely, as well as at what voltage any futher degradation will stop.

And I'm not even degrading it with prime (it's WAY too hot to run prime at those voltages, anyway); it's just degrading using windows or playing bad company 2 or black ops or other games, and the temps are no higher than the 70's....

Once that's done I'll retest at 4.5 to see how hig h that rose, too. Last test at 4.8 ghz would BSOD in 20 seconds with prime small FFT at 1.392v, while 4.7 was solid. I don't care if I kill this chip; I still have my other one that can do 4.5 ghz at 1.260v load 12 hour blend stable, but even that degraded some...used to do 1.236v at 4.5 ghz and 1.416v rock solid at 5 ghz....now needs 1.440-1.452 at 5 ghz....
