have you tried to see if any of koolance's universal will line up?

If one does line up, all you need is the associated block.

there's no reference for size though...maybe if you get some REALLY precise measurements of the socket or something, but then you still need a board to measure on

Lucky I haven't put mine in yet! 90mm and 105mm from hole to hole. They are not directly in line with the centre of the heatsink though. Not sure if the blocks are all built like that or not though. Might not even be worth watercooling the mosfets because you will need air blowing on the board anyways with the armour.

True, if you use air cooler on cpu, but if you use water...no air blowing mosfets as that tiny 50x50x10 fan wont reach there

Mobsters: maybe directly not blowing, yes, but in average LC sys with internally mounted rads there often is enough cross case airflow anyway. Who cares if that airflow passes LC rads, not air coolers? I'd say that in several LC builds such airflow might be even more then in average air cooling build ..

And BTW, in this particular board i'd leave that small cooler in place anyway, or would remove that armor thingy. From the pics it seems that cross case airflow will cool heatsinks on mosfets just fine, but i have my doubts for mirriad of other small elements hidden behind that blingy looking but imho doing more bad then good "armor".
Case airflow from the rad fans should be sufficient to cool the VRMs. So long as you don't have a case that separates the rads from the rest of the case (a la TJ-07). And even then, the rear (or top on a TJ-07) exhaust on your case will be fine.
EK is working on a MOSFET waterblock prototype for ASUS Sabertooth P67. Anyone interested?

tiborrr: i wonder - why not make some waterblock line-up consisting of big variety of mosfet waterblocks of different length (with length step eg. at 5mm).
- so no redesign/custom design needed for when whatever subsequent new motherboard will be released, just database of compatibility as to which blocks for which motherboard. With share of luck some of old mosfet waterblocks might work on new/other motherboard later on as well.
Some of such waterblocks maybe can be used for cooling gpu's mosfets too together with universal gpu wb.

kroks: yup, same idea.
Don't worry about Z68 chipset. I'm pretty sure ASUS will come out with Z68 version of this motherboard. The same story as with Maximus IV Extreme-Z which is physically the same as Maximus IV Extreme, therefore can adopt EK-FB ASUS Max4 Extreme water block.
