    Maybe u set it too low.

    Check which voltage it uses when set it to regular+offset in the bios. (write it down or something) when u change it to manual+offset ,reboot and check how high it is in the bios.
    U have it set it almost the same.

    or use manual voltage to 1.42+ultra high LLC
