Agree with u andre on voltage regulatior which doesnt work correctly on this particular board
Means it's time to RMA it.

yes do it the UD7 is a great and solid board just bios is flacky but with F3h u will find no problems at all

he guys, I was thinking about selling my p67-ud7 and buying back a z68x-ud7. Or is that stupid?
Because ive read that there is no vga-out on the Z68X. So is there any other features that (except Caching) wil be superieur to P67?

I was extremely dissapointed to see that it was missing the Video out. QuickSync is the feature that prety much sells the Z68 platform. Unless you want a GUI BIOS and SSD Caching i don't think it's worth it to be honest. Unless you can return your motherboard without any hassle, get a full refund and then get the Z68 model. In that case i would do it as you do get SSD cacheing and GUI BIOS if your would prefer that to traditional BIOS.

Of course most people would be using a discrete GPU anyway, but having the option to run on the IGP would be nice if you had to RMA a GPU or 2. Hell just for benchmarking and testing purposes it would be great fun!

sup guys did some test on bclk as on the UD5 thread ppl cant boot on 107

using LLC1

but no troubles at all to boot 107 BCLK set on BIOS...and im using 2x4GB modules of mushkin mem 2133 C9 and no internal pll, not using ET6 just setting on bios

here the secuence, i exagerated vcore as i never tried this just saw the thread and i was interesed if my mobo can do it

Could some one help me! I can't get 6950CFX to run properly.
Because I'm getting a lot of tearing and flickering in games like crysis 1 and 2,
shogun total war, Assassins Creed Brotherhood. etc
I think i've tried everything, but can't get it running without tearing or flickering. Vantage, youtube and 1080p Works fine.

So far i've tried;

- 1st and 2nd PCI-e slot.
- 1st and 3rd PCI-e slot.
- 3 different Crossfire bridges
- tried CCC 11.3 with and without CAP
- tried CCC 11.4 with and without CAP
- deinstald CCC with Driver Sweeper
- Deinstald PhysX
- reinstald PCH chipset driver
- reinstald DirectX
- Hdmi and DVI out
- flasht bolth to 6970
- tried every setting in CCC [gaming] tab.
- Vsync in game does help but than it starts flickering.

I dont know what to do anymore, so if someone know's anything that could help, pleasss tell me.

I can boot max BCLK at 104 only. Anything higher will result in failed OC warning. Once booted into windows can be adjusted up to 106.5 which is my freq. wall.
The reboot sometimes I can still stay at 106.5 sometimes not bootable.

I just did one test and worked fine at 106.02 (directly from 100.02). Didn't bother trying to see about booting into windows, but at least it gets into BIOS just fine.
