thanks guys, i've tried what u said, but no luck ider.

I don't know, but i'am guesing that it has something to do with NF200 chip, because saperatly bloth card work perfect. And if i run one card at a time in the 1st PCI-e slot than the NF200 should be disabled, right? So..thats why i think its the NF200, because its no more than an hightech switch.

or does anyone think that it has something to do with one of the cards? because i'am now at the pount that i have tried everything without fixing the problem. so thinking of RMAing something, but i don't know what? The cards or mobo. And i haven't fount anything yet over sapphire 6950CFX with the same problem.
