When I turn on the computer it will turn on for 2 seconds then power off, remain off for about 5 sec then power itself back on and then run through the POST process and boot to windows 7 like normal. This happens every time I shut my computer down and I have to turn it on again. Is this normal behavior for this board? I'm a little concerned with the wear on the parts.
