each sharp 90 degree turn is ~ -1.5ft of pump head, with a rough aproximation you have at least 20 ft of head pressure eaten up on that single loop monstrosity that you've got just at the board, nevermind the tubing length.
Those Eheim pumps are pretty weak (only 6.6ft of head pressure!) what you need my friend is an industrial iwaki to get decent flow rates with this setup. Unfortunately this is just not feasible, you're going to start blowing your blocks and radiator.
you really need to:
A) cut down the length of tubing
B) split into multiple loops
I don't even know where to begin with it honestly. What kinda budget for alterations are we looking at?
