I got up on my feet, gathered my courage and took that suckee CPU back and exchanged it for yet another same batch with a different SN. This one is at least stable at the initial 4.6Ghz using 1.350v. Max bootable into Windows is 52x @1.550v, but far, far from stable. It would BSOD almost instantly when Prime95'ed. Tried 50x100 using 1.50v, but seems like it's not stable either with "processor [x] stopped" message. Not worth using 1.550v for a 5Ghz speed (heat and CPU life degradation). Man, CPU binning is the flakiest thing I have ever done. Never have so many bad luck in my entire life!
