Crucial C400 SSD listed for sale w/ pricing

I'd compare to iastor driver benchmarks for the Intel 510 and the Vertex 3, to be more consistent. It is interesting how many of the new SSDs are coming in at 20 MB/s for AS-SSD QD=1 4KB random read.

The Sandforce 2XXX controller is looking really impressive. It loses only in sequential write (to the Intel 510), and wins or ties in everything else. Assuming the pre-release Vertex 3 was not specially tuned in any way, it should be interesting to see how the Sandforce 2XXX SSDs from the other manufacturers (G.Skill, Corsair, Patriot) compare on price to the Intel 510 and the C400. I'd not buy an OCZ drive, but the Sandforce 2XXX controller looks like it is the one to beat.
