you might wanna bump the qpi pll to 1.3-1.36 for higher ram clocks

set cpu to 1.4 and blk to 210 for 4.4ghz dont be afraid as long as temps dont get too high
if you on air you can turn ht off for lower temps
that sounds good but I don't have a QPI PLL here in my BIOS and I just started in the OC world so I don't know which one you mean.
