Are you using the latest Linpack? The version which comes with OCCT is very outdated and may be causing errors unrelated to your overclock.

Download the latest Intel Linpack v10.3.2.005 here. If you prefer to use OCCT, go to its directory and replace old 'linpack_xeon32.exe / linpack_xeon64.exe' with the new one you download.

I actually prefer to use LinX, it's simpler to use and "lightweight"'. So if you choose to use LinX, do the same and copy/replace new linpack.exe you download into LinX directory.

Sorry i didn't post back earlier mate, blame my damn work!
I am using both, so i tried them both. I copy/paste the new new linpack templates, but unfortunately, I have the same reaction, so i guess there is something wrong with my settings (i used again the same settings from the post above). I tried to raise PLL up to 1.85, seems to help more, but now i cannot pass above 17-20 min LinX/OCCT with a bsod (with 1.32 VTT...And again if i go above ~1.37, i have a bsod at 1-3min). Either I am doing something wrong, or i have a crappy cpu or mobo .
Any ideas?
